How to Enable Auto Answer for Check In Video Calls

All day clock settings are accessed from the RecallCue app on your phone.

Check In allows you to have a two-way video call between your RecallCue Connect (phone) and Day Clock. By default the call on the day clock must be manually answered by clicking a button to accept the call. You can change this setting so that calls will be "auto-answer" and no manual actin needed on the day clock. If you enable auto-answer you will be shown the following message before placing a call "You are requesting to call in Auto-Answer mode. The Day Clock will answer and start the video automatically. Please be mindful of your loved ones privacy."

To enable Check-In Auto Answer:

  1. From the home screen click on the menu icon in the upper left hand of the screen.

  2. Select "Day Clocks" from the menu.

  3. Click on the day Clock you want to enable the feature on.

  4. Find the option "Check In Auto Answer" and toggle it to "on" position.

  5. Click the Save button
